Just use the daily shampoo, rinse well, and little by little apply a small amount of keravino in your hands and cover all. Comb your hair and massage for 5 minutes all over. Then Blow dry your hair, and if you have long hair, after blow drying use a hair iron. It's amazing how the frizz goes, and your hair will be shiny and extra soft. I'm in love with this product.
