I do not like to use conditioner because my hair is fine and I get no lift if I do.My hairdresser recommended this because I had such static in my hair in the winter.It took care of that and made combing so much easier after shampooing.Does not add any weight.I only use a couple of squirts each day, so it lasts forever.
